What data is collected
We only collect the data you choose to send us, and the data technically needed for the website to work.
- Acoustic survey request form: name, email address, and the project description you write.
- Email or phone exchanges: the contact details and information you give us on that occasion.
- Technical connection data: IP address, browser type and pages viewed, processed in aggregate for security and audience measurement purposes.
No sensitive data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation is collected, and the website does not carry out any advertising profiling.
Why it is collected
- To respond to your request and, where applicable, arrange the acoustic survey of your premises. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- To manage the business relationship and the results guarantee. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- To secure and improve the website. Legal basis: the publisher's legitimate interest.
Who has access to it
The data is intended solely for the Acloud teams in charge of advice, surveys and project follow-up. It is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
The following act as technical processors: [host], [email sending service], [audience measurement tool, if applicable]. These providers only access the data to perform their service and are bound by a confidentiality obligation.
The data is hosted within the European Union.
How long it is kept
- Request with no commercial follow-up: three years from the last contact.
- Client file: the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for the legal period applicable to commercial and accounting documents.
- Connection data: twelve months maximum.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to portability of the data you have provided to us.
To exercise these rights, write to contact@a-cloud.fr or by post to the company's registered office. You will receive a reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France.
Cookies
The website works without advertising cookies or third-party marketing trackers. Only cookies strictly necessary for the website to function may be set and, subject to your consent, an audience measurement cookie used to count visits.

Security
